We have over 33 years’ experience in the Australian mining and renewable sectors, working in a number of capacities, both in a pre-contract and post-contract basis on various major projects throughout Australia and in several corporate roles. We have worked for owners’ teams, EPC's and also on the contractor side and understand the dynamics of each which positions us well to negotiate contracts in an efficient and fair manner. We are experienced Senior Managers with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry as well as working on several landmark renewable energy projects. Skilled in Contract Management, Procurement and Construction Management with a strong Legal and Contracts focus. We have extensive experience in tendering, scope of works drafting, negotiating high value procurement contracts, contractors and consultants' contracts, risk management, dispute resolution, claims management and general management of commercial matters as well having an excellent knowledge of all general contract and commercial administration  and leading high performing contracts and commercial teams.
